I had been searching for an oil diffuser for a while and kept coming back to this one. Great deal for the price. It's beautiful and stylish. I had read some negative reviews about it splattering or cracking, etc. and that has NOT been my experience with this product. You do have to use high quality oil (as with any diffuser) though. I tried using some non-therapeutic grade oils and it bubbled everywhere, got too hot. When I use the 100% essential oils, its perfect. I put about 3-4 tbsp water and 7-8 drops oil.

I liked this so much I bought a second one. The reason is: it's EASY to slide a lit candle beneath the ceramic bowl, and its a perfect height for all standard teacup candles. If you like scented oils, this is perfect.

I like candle lit lamps over the plastic lined electric diffusers. I still have my original lamp from over 25 years ago. I have tried out many since over the years. Problem is that they don't often burn hot enough to evaporate all the water and oil. This lamp is perfect. It is nearly dry when done. Of course, it will depend on your candle quality. I use the Zion brand sold here on Amazon. The lamp looks pretty too.
